The Mystic Renaissance The Mystic Renaissance is the quest of a young man to save his true love and eventually becomes a mission to save his entire world. Mysticus and his friends, the Mystic Gypsies, learn that to save his love, Blissany, they must travel to Conch and find the fabled Mystichord. With the help of a neo-living ark and a mysterious and powerful staff, they must travel through the Passionlands and defeat the Passionlords. Each lord represents greed, gluttony, anger, ego and lust in a comical and over-the-top way. And behind all of this lies the covetous Lucifear, who secretly manipulates each Passionlord to accomplish his own goal of a world ruled by fear and despair. He uses that influence to try and capture Mysticus who holds the key to defeating Lucifear if only he can conquer his own fears and doubts. The hilarious interactions between the Mystic Gypsies and the Passionlords mirror the conflicts of everyday life and make it easier for us to face.
